Job Title: Sales & Marketing Agent (Dutch English)
Location: Berlin Germany
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 5:30 PM
Work Type: OnSite
Contract: 1 Year (with possibility of extension)

About the Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Agent you will play a critical role in guiding businesses through the digital marketing landscape. Youll provide expert advice and tailormade solutions to help advertisers meet their social media advertising goals. Working for a thriving BPO partner you will support clients in the everevolving world of social media marketing.
Prior experience is not required were looking for individuals passionate about sales and eager to learn and succeed!
Responsibilities:
- Act as a digital marketing advisor offering expert guidance on social media marketing strategies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting advertisers with their campaigns and budgets to optimize results.
- Analyze social media advertising performance and provide clients with actionable insights.
- Implement and execute sales funnel strategies ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
- Identify emerging trends in social media marketing and develop innovative advertising solutions.
- Shadow experienced colleagues to build your skills and understand key sales and marketing processes.
- Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification during training to boost your digital marketing knowledge.
Training & Development:
- Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks of training 2 weeks of nesting).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30.
- Paid Training: Yes.
- Requirements: Full attendance during training is mandatory.
- Handson experience with regular feedback from senior team members.
- Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification to enhance your digital marketing skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Call Duration: Average of 24 minutes per successful call.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed set goals and strategies.
- Customer Engagement: High implementation rates for successful campaigns.
- Attendance: Consistent and punctual attendance is essential.
Work Hours & Schedule:
- Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Breaks: 30minute lunch two 15minute breaks.
- Shift Timing: 08:45 AM 05:15 PM.
Salary & Compensation:
- Annual Salary: 33000 EUR gross (2750 EUR gross per month).
- PerformanceBased Bonus: Up to 7500 EUR annually for meeting KPIs.

Preparation & Resources:
