Position: Romanian Customer Support Agent
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topquality customer service to Romanianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries handle servicerelated issues and provide product information.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Romanian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
