Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business development activities to drive company growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding client base.
- Generate leads through various channels and manage the sales pipeline.
- Engage in direct sales including presenting the companys services and offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product/service offerings based on market feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met consistently.
- Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage client interactions.
- Provide leadership to team members including managing tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales operations and business development expertise.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in banking verification (back office and field) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales process management credit handling and coaching.
