Job Title: Workday Core HR/Talent/Recruiting/Rewards Specialist

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Core HR/Talent/Recruiting/Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
- This role will focus on leveraging Workday to manage and enhance our core HR functions talent management recruiting processes and employee rewards programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration and management combined with a strategic understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Core HR Management:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HR modules to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
- Develop and implement Workday reports and dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management:
- Oversee and optimize the Workday Talent Management module including goal setting performance reviews and development planning.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure talent strategies align with organizational goals.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent management processes.
Recruiting:
- Manage the Workday Recruiting module including job requisitions applicant tracking and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to streamline hiring workflows and enhance candidate experience.
- Generate and analyse recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Rewards and Compensation:
- Administer and configure the Workday Compensation module to support the organizations compensation strategies.
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure accurate implementation of reward programs.
- Analyse compensation data to provide insights and recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
Project Management:
- Lead or support Workdayrelated projects including system upgrades module implementations and process improvements.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution and change management.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and endusers on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of Workday systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience with Workday Core HR Talent Recruiting and Rewards modules.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Workday systems and modules.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in Workday system configuration reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Workday Certification in Core HR Recruiting Talent or Compensation.
- HR certification such as PHR SPHR or SHRMCP is a plus
