Desktop Engineer V Windows 11 Engineer
Contract 6 Months
Location Manhattan NY
. Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS. Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS.2. Working knowledge of troubleshooting laptops iPhones and IT peripherals.3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Excel.4. Working knowledge of Client/Server and TCP/IP network environment.5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.6. Must have professional manner and provide reliable work (ontime without sudden absences).7. Must have clean personal background (banking environment).8. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs of IT equipment.9. Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS.10. Working knowledge of troubleshooting laptops iPhones and IT peripherals.11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Excel.12. Working knowledge of Client/Server and TCP/IP network environment.13. Working knowledge of cradle to grave asset management.14. Working knowledge of HP laptops computer image/build process and/or Service Now is a plus.
