Personnel Policy Advisor

Job Title: Personnel Policy Advisor (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop review and update personnel policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
• Provide expert guidance to management on personnel policy interpretation and application.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address personnelrelated issues and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions on personnel policies and procedures for employees and management.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and industry trends to ensure policies remain current and effective.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate policy changes and their implications to stakeholders.
• Support conflict resolution efforts and assist in mediating employeerelated disputes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in personnel policy development or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
