Job Title: Personnel Policy Advisor (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop review and update personnel policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance to management on personnel policy interpretation and application.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address personnelrelated issues and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions on personnel policies and procedures for employees and management.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and industry trends to ensure policies remain current and effective.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate policy changes and their implications to stakeholders.
- Support conflict resolution efforts and assist in mediating employeerelated disputes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in personnel policy development or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
