PARTTIME COFOUNDER

Join Our Visionary Team

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo) anextreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.

  • Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale anticipated January 2024).

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

  1. Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain with integrated social platform for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
  2. WFO:Extreme Sports Affinity Network Built on Autheo to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January where we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.

POSITION: NODE SALE ADVISOR LAYER1 BLOCKCHAIN

Launch Legends is seeking a Node Sale Advisor with a robust network in the blockchain and Web3 investment communities. As we prepare to launch Autheoa Layer1 blockchain featuring an integrated social platform and the WFO extreme sports networkyour expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our node sale initiative. Autheo offers a compelling node ownership package designed to attract both institutional and individual investors emphasizing the benefits of participating in a decentralized and scalable network.

Responsibilities:

  1. Node Sale Strategy Development

    • Design and implement a comprehensive node sale strategy that highlights the unique value proposition of Autheos node ownership appealing to a diverse range of investors.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor approaches to position Autheos node sale competitively within the Layer1 blockchain ecosystem.
  2. Investor Outreach and Network Utilization

    • Leverage your extensive industry network to identify and engage potential node purchasers including institutional investors crypto funds and highnetworth individuals.
    • Facilitate introductions and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive interest and commitment to Autheos node sale.
  3. Marketing and Communication

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted materials that effectively communicate the benefits and opportunities of node ownership within the Autheo network.
    • Ensure that messaging resonates with the technical and financial priorities of prospective investors emphasizing Autheos compelling node ownership package.
  4. Sales Process Management

    • Oversee the endtoend node sale process ensuring a seamless experience for investors from initial contact through to finalization.
    • Provide guidance on pricing strategies legal considerations and contractual agreements to align with industry standards and investor expectations.
  5. PostSale Engagement and Support

    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain engagement with node owners fostering a community of validators committed to the networks success.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to node owners ensuring they have the tools and information needed to effectively participate in the network.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Network: Demonstrated connections within the blockchain and Web3 investment sectors with a history of leveraging these relationships to drive successful sales or partnerships.

  • Node Sale Experience: Proven track record in managing node or validator sales within Layer1 blockchain projects with a deep understanding of the technical and financial aspects involved.

  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the value proposition of node ownership to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders tailoring messaging to diverse investor profiles.

  • Blockchain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of decentralized networks consensus mechanisms and the role of validators in maintaining network security and performance.

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong background in sales processes including negotiation contract management and closing deals within the blockchain industry.

  • Collaborative Approach: Experience working crossfunctionally with marketing legal and technical teams to ensure alignment and success in node sale initiatives.

In this role your deep expertise in Node Sales for blockchain projects securing highprofile partnerships and attracting investment will play a pivotal role in propelling our ecosystem forward and establishing it as a key player in the Web3 space.
