ServiceNow FSO - Sr Developer

Role: ServiceNow FSO Sr. Developer

Location: Stamford CT Onsite from day 1

Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability
• Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations including FSO data model setup PA enablement Commercial and Servicing Lines
• Code review: Reviewing and providing walkthroughs as part of peer review process
• Configure ServiceNow FSO Modules workflows applications scripts and integrations
• Document technical design development processes and solution configurations
• Build multiple FSO related features including advanced work assignment enablement configurations around reports dashboards etc

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform.
• Expertise in configuring ServiceNow FSO modules data model setup and workflow development.
• Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and FSOspecific workflows (e.g. Commercial and Servicing Lines for Banking).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development.
• Ability to lead customerfacing discussions workshops and configuration reviews.
• Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on optimizing performance and improving scalability.
• Excellent documentation skills to record development and technical configurations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in building advanced work assignment features within FSO.
• Familiarity with configuring reports dashboards and other business intelligence tools.
• Experience with scripting and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
