Job Description
Collaborate with crossfunction teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.
Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions.
Gather and document business requirements.
Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from
stakeholders.
Support User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success
Criteria.
Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include:
Robotic Process Automation .

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
Experience in process mapping business process modelling and
requirements gathering
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse
stakeholders
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance
Testing
Mandatory Criteria Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. Weighted Criteria Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
