E & S Home Care Solutions is a home health care agency that is dedicated to providing clients with quality home care. We help our patient s regain quality of life by preserving their dignity and supporting their highest level of independent function.
Overview:
We are currently looking for new Home Health Aides to join our growing family. We pride ourselves on our communication with our staff members and patients alike.

Who we care for:
Aging parents and elderly seniors needing personalized care for the normal activities of daily living.
Adults and children recovering from accidents or acute illnesses.
Disabled patients or those with chronic conditions needing longterm care.
Loved ones of all ages that are experiencing the endoflife issues.
Requirements
(1.) U.S. Government ID
(2.) CHHA or RN License
(3.) ONE of the following Health Records (Dates of test results must be under 1 year old)
IGRA
QuantiFERONTB Gold
1 Step PPD
TB Chest XRay Lab Report
(4.) Social Security Card
