The Company is seeking to hire a Marketing/PR Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing highimpact marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness generate leads and drive business growth. This role will involve crafting datadriven marketing plans creating compelling contents and implementing digital marketing tactics aligned with the firms goals.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of marketing and excels at positioning the organization as a leader in talent management recruitment payroll and workforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning lead generation and client acquisition.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align marketing plans with business objectives.
Design and oversee multichannel marketing campaigns (digital social media email SEO SEM) targeting major decision makers across diverse sec HR professionals businesses and executives.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for improved performance leveraging data analytics to refine messaging and strategy.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitive landscape
Oversee content strategy that highlights the firms expertise in HR solutions industry insights and thought leadership.
Analyze client data to identify key segments and develop targeted marketing approaches.
Use insights to inform decisionmaking and personalize campaigns
Lead efforts to strengthen the brand s voice and presence across all communication platforms.
Act as a brand ambassador ensuring that all marketing efforts are consistent with the firms identity and values.
Develop public relations initiatives such as partnerships with industry organizations events and speaking engagements.
Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the brand and public image of the Executive Chairman and the organization working with or without a PR agency.
Promote all concepts and initiatives of the organization ensuring adequate reach and coverage of publicity for effective enrolment attract technical and financial support and partnerships and build a strong image and reputation for the brand.
Manage media relations including drafting press releases coordinating media interviews liaising with media agencies and leading PR initiatives.
Drive innovative efforts and initiatives for the effective branding posturing and positioning of the Executive Chairman and the organization
Oversee the organization and DG s social media presence ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
Organize and manage press conferences product and program launches events and public appearances.
Support and optimize groupwide branding marketing and public relations efforts
Drive the optimization of all available traditional and nontraditional media platforms tools and resources to achieve desired results
Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of PR initiatives and campaigns justify PR investments and proffer remedial solutions where applicable.
Perform proactive risk identification analysis assessment mitigation and overall management to avoid and/or minimize any possibilities of media or reputational damages at personal and organizational levels
Bachelor s degree in marketing Business or a related field
Must have 5 years of proven work experience as a Marketing/PR Specialist with proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of digital marketing SEO and analytics tools media engagements (vast network across all media houses) and communications
Proficiency in marketing platforms and CRM systems such as paid search social media advertising video creation etc.
Excellent content conceptualization and creation.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and execution drive
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
A creative problem solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
