Internal Recruitment Assistant Fulltime onsite in Enfield
Comex 2000 is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Recruitment Assistant to join our newly formed team in Enfield. This is a fulltime officebased role where youll be handson supporting recruitment efforts from start to finish.
What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact: Handle recruitment queries promptly and professionally.
- Create job ads: Collaborate with the Recruitment Advisor and hiring managers to design effective job postings.
- Manage candidate pipelines: Oversee shortlisting scheduling and offer confirmations to ensure a smooth process.
- Onboarding: Keep managers and candidates informed throughout and manage all necessary documentation.
- Support events: Help plan and attend recruitment events as needed.
- Ensure accuracy: Manage data entry and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.

Requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power BI).
