Position Title: Principal Java Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Dallas TX. As a key technical leader you will drive the design and development of scalable highperformance applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure and be wellversed in delivering modern distributed systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and development of Java/J2EEbased applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features.
- Build and maintain scalable cloudbased solutions using AWS GCP or Azure.
- Develop robust and secure REST APIs and ensure efficient integration with other systems.
- Utilize eventdriven solutions such as Kafka RabbitMQ or SQS to build realtime applications.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design and manage persistent data stores.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks applying them to improve existing systems.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Java / J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Handson experience with Microservices architecture.
- Expertise with public cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with eventdriven architectures using Kafka RabbitMQ or SQS.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of Eventdriven solutions and designs.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of professional software development experience.
