Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee the planning execution and successful completion of SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management S/4HANA migration and leadership skills to manage crossfunctional teams budgets and timelines. This role requires handson experience with largescale SAP projects and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend SAP S/4HANA migration projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules resource allocation risk management and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and thirdparty vendors to define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
- Monitor project performance providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress risks and issue resolution.
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and compliance with SAP best practices and standards.
- Manage crossfunctional teams in different geographies fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution.
- Lead project governance and reporting activities including regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges related to S/4HANA migrations.
- Oversee change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience in SAP program management with a focus on S/4HANA migration projects.
- Proven experience in managing largescale complex SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture processes and migration strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing budgets timelines and resources for large projects.
- PMP SAP S/4HANA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
S/4 Hana Migration project experience required!!
