Job Description

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva for an Administrative and HR Coordinator. This is a parttime (60%) temporary 36 months contract with possibilty of a permanent position at the end of the temporary contract. There is also the possility to increase the work % after a few months.

Tasks

  • deal with administrative and HR related tasks
  • manage the admninistrative onboarding process of new employees
  • communicate data for payroll and to insurances
  • answer office demands such as new supplies
  • manage access badges
  • other administrative and HR related tasks

Requirements

  • degree in office administration or equivalent
  • experience in administration and HR
  • well organised with excellent soft skills
  • fluent english and french
