IT Service Manager (SAP) contract
location: remote 100% in Poland
language: fluent English
employment type: longterm contract B2B
Are you ready to take on new challenges in IT service management within a dynamic global environment Join our team as an IT Service Manager (SAP) and play a pivotal role in managing SAP ERP services on an international scale!
Tasks
- Manage global SAP ERP services for teams across North America and Europe ensuring timely delivery of projects and daytoday operations (bug fixes enhancements documentation).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement innovative solutions to boost process efficiency and team engagement.
- Collaborate with international teams fostering a culture of innovation and growth in a safe supportive environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT computer science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing IT services with a focus on SAP ERP/S/4 HANA.
- Expertise in SAP ERP/ECC SAP HANA SAP Business Objects.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP CSV) is a plus.
