Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst Healthcare (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Gather and clean data from various healthcare systems including Electronic Health Records (EHR) patient management systems and other databases.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights related to patient care operational performance and clinical outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders presenting data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decisionmaking.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks on datasets.
- Stay informed about healthcare trends best practices and regulatory changes to inform data analysis strategies.
- Support various datarelated projects as needed including process improvement initiatives and research studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Public Health or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience in data analysis preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL Python R and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data analysis and reporting.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
