Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 5 8 Years

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : Generate enquiry Follow up and convert to order

Job Description
To ensure receivables are under control and acceptable norms.
To ensure effective deployment of staff at retail & key accounts doors within cost parameters.
Assist sales team in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Regular Market visits to understand and resolve store operational queries.
Maintain & develop relations with trade associates.
Competition analysis to be provided on a regular basis to help corporate to make accurate demand forecast.
Train sales staff and monitor front end staff performances.
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales for various sales channels.
To train mentor & guide branch sales staff & frontend staff.
Facilitate the internal training programs conducted for the frontend staff.
Product training for the branch sales staff.
