Job Posting: Project Manager III (Phoenix)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to manage the financial aspects of large and complex commercial HVAC projects in the New Construction space. This role will focus on overseeing larger projects with extended timelines while also playing a key role in mentoring and developing assistant project managers and junior project managers on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial side of large complex commercial HVAC projects within the New Construction sector.
- Oversee project budgets financial forecasts and overall project delivery to ensure success.
- Mentor and develop assistant project managers and junior project managers preparing them for growth within the project management field.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the commercial MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) space specifically focused on groundup new construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects in sectors such as healthcare data centers and higher education is essential and must be clearly demonstrated on the resume and in the writeup notes.
- Experience in mentoring and developing project management personnel to foster their growth in the field.

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experience required. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function is required. o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experience preferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details and job orders. o Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Strong interpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oral communications skills. o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
