About the Role:
We are excited to offer you the position of Preconstruction Director at our Dallas location. In this leadership role you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of estimators and preconstruction engineers. As part of your role you will play a critical part in developing and expanding your team fostering strong internal collaboration and building key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators and preconstruction engineers.
- Oversee the entire preconstruction process ensuring projects are on track for success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Support the continued growth and development of the preconstruction team.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the commercial HVAC/plumbing preconstruction space providing guidance and technical expertise.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial HVAC/plumbing preconstruction industry.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Indepth knowledge of preconstruction processes within the commercial HVAC/plumbing sector.
- Ability to function as an SME supporting your team with industry expertise.

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experience required. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function is required. o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experience preferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details and job orders. o Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Strong interpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oral communications skills. o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
