HR Business Analyst 12 months Brussels
One of our important clients is currently looking for a HR Business Analyst for a 12month contract in Brussels.
As an HR Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
You coordinate the changes to HR apps: you analyse the needs you draw up solutions that make the processes lighter you handover the assignments to IT carry out tests communicate to the stakeholders and organise the go live. This concerns applications such as the digital leave request the performance management cycle in SAP the data model in SAP HR etc.
You maintain and expand the HR master data (organizational structure job catalog etc.).
You monitor the quality of the operational HR data and you set out actions to improve that data
quality (guidelines system adjustments etc.).
You will evolve into the expert for HR apps and data.
Profile:
You have a masters degree (preferably in HR or IT) or are equivalent through experience. And
You have a first experience in translating business needs into applications and data
And you have the following competencies:
You know and understand the HR processes both hard and soft.
You have at least 5 year experience in digitalizing and improving HR processes
You understand how HR data is structured and used in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors Employee
Central
You know how to structure and define data assets logically.
You are analytical and critical and you know how to get things done!
You are an inquisitive team player.
You work independently towards the desired result and take into account predetermined
deadlines.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French.
