Job Description
PsychiaTreat is a leading mental health services provider committed to making quality mental health care accessible for veterans first responders and their families. As we continue to expand we are seeking a skilled ZoHo CRM Developer to join our team on a parttime onsite basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize enhance and maintain ZoHo CRM and other ZoHo apps to meet the company s operational needs.
- Develop and implement automated workflows reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical support to optimize CRM usage.
- Build custom integrations between applications across the entire ZoHo ecosystem.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate ZoHo with other 3rdparty systems.
- Ensure data accuracy security and user access controls within the CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ZoHo Developer.
- Strong understanding of ZoHo ecosystem features and functionality.
- Experience in developing custom modules and automation.
- Proficiency in API integration with other platforms.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Deluge is a huge plus.
