About the role:
The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the school managing the staff and providing leadership to ensure the educational goals of the school are met. The Principal will be the educational leader of the school and will work collaboratively with staff students and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership position in an educational setting
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An advanced degree in education or a related field
- Experience managing and developing staff
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
- The candidate should also have a passion for education be studentcentered and have the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff alike.
Organization Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
- Take part in the Schools appraisal process
- Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
Local candidates are preferred
salary:90k to 1.2L
Should have CBSE Experience
Well versed COMMUNICATION SKILLS , SHOULD HAVE TEACHING good qualification as well as good experience
Education
