About Us:

Active Protective Technologies is a medical device startup committed to revolutionizing fall injury prevention and improving the lives of older adults. Our flagship product the Tango Belt integrates cuttingedge technology into a wearable device to mitigate fallinduced major hip injuries a leading cause of disability and fatal injury in older adults. The Tango Belt was designated a Breakthrough Device by the FDA to recognize its potential to significantly improve the standard of care for this debilitating condition.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Project Planner to help us build project timelines to help us meet our goals for obtaining authorization from FDA and to commercialize our medical device. Using information provided by APT the Project Planner will will build project plans Design Development Manufacturing and Supply of product DME accreditation and commercialization of product. The Project Planner will be responsible for coordinating with Director of Operations and other key personal to develop project templates for future use and project timelines for current use. This position requires strong knowledge and skill with Smartsheet project Gantt in general and general understanding of medical device development process. This is a contract position which will end once the project plans are complete.

Key Responsibilities:

Gantt Building: Plan and schedule multiple project timeliness using Smarthseet using information provided by Active Protective.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D Engineering Manufacturing Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs and other functional teams to align project activities and milestones.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or other related discipline preferred. Associate s degree considered with relevant experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning or project management within the medical device industry.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet).

General understanding of medical device regulations (e.g. FDA ISO). Experience working in a regulated environment preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
