To contribute to the development of annual sales plan/targets in line with the overall strategic objectives and guide the respective sales team to achieve individual/company revenue targets
- Develop the sales plans and revenue targets that optimize return on investments in line with the overall sales strategy/KPIs
- Explore and pursue suitable sales channels and engagement strategy including commission rates for agents/brokers
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding reach within local regional and international market and to plan suitable campaigns to promote the Group s developments
- Lead participation in marketing events/roadshows to maximise company visibility and to generate new sales leads
- Building and maintain strong positive professional relationships with agents/broker to optimise opportunities for revenue generation
- Lead exploration and pursual of opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing client/customers
- Analyse sales data to identify consumer behaviours and sales trends to support the management in developing suitable sales approach
- Track monitor and report on the achievement of sales targets and the effectiveness of sales strategies to ensure they are fit for purpose and make recommendations for improvement where required
- Train the respective sales teams to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge and up to date selling skills
- Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with good people management practices
- Updates Salesforce for all activities for self and team daily
- Abide by roles and responsibilities directed to execute as well as manage team indoor and outdoor Sales activities
- Continue to develop individual skills and professional experience in accordance with the regulations set by the company
Requirements
Bachelors in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in real estate market is essential
