- Responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes property appearance (Exterior & Interior) Project management technical analysis and/or resolutions of Engineering problems incharge and monitor preventative maintenance of the entire property
- Lead/supervise assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures. These includes but not limited to: Electrical Mechanical Kitchen Painting Carpentry Audio and Visual systems
- Supervise and perform the daytoday operations supervision of associates distribution of work to maintenance team managing service requests in multiple areas in a timely manner. Ensure that Health and Safety standards are being followed and implemented
- Ability to train and enhance employee s skills. Manage performance review of the Department.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Engineer
- Preferred minimum of 3 years as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a related field/industry
- Must be able to see the big picture while having an exceptionally detailoriented focus
- Actionoriented Individual excellent analytical and organizational skills can multitask and work independently and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible team player
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong background in preventative / reactive maintenance
- Ability to be a "handson" engineer while work independently and productively within a team environment
- Multitask with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Good training skills and development of staff for future advancement.
- Present a professional image according to Establishment standards.
- Respond to supervision positively. Promote cooperation and trust within the team and property as a whole.
- Always available to provide the necessary support and supervision to colleagues
