Job Description

As an ECommerce Account Manager you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our online store accounts on platforms such as Amazon etsy Meesho and Flipkart. This role requires a strategic mindset and a knack for producing engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Devise and implement strategies that leverage salesrelated insights current standards and emerging trends to boost sales across our online platforms.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Create promotional offers ensuring they are accurately uploaded and effectively marketed across all channels to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  • Content Review and Compliance: Review all promotional copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy ensuring compliance with platform regulations and standards.
  • Traffic and Marketing Analysis: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform website maintenance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Sales Metrics Examination: Monitor salesrelated metrics to guide inventory restocking ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of existing strategies and the effectiveness of new initiatives making recommendations for improvements.
  • Technological Adaptability: Stay abreast of evolving technologies in the ecommerce landscape adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies that enhance account management.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce account management or a related field.
Account Management Skills: Proven track record in handling account renewals and managing client relationships effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisionmaking and drive strategic initiatives.

Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our IT solutions and services. Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present our solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed. Lead Generation: Need to generate new prospects
