Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions with a proven track record of implementing and supporting complex planning projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise consulting experience and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Support:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing Oracle SCM applications enhancing functionality and user experience.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Business Process Expertise:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze and document current business processes related to supply chain planning.
- Design and implement best practices for demand planning supply planning and supply chain collaboration ensuring seamless integration with the Supplier Portal.

Project Management:
- Manage endtoend project lifecycles from the discovery phase through to golive ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Facilitate project meetings workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder engagement and project alignment.

Complex Solution Delivery:
- Deliver comprehensive planning solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization leveraging deep expertise in Oracle SCM.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure highquality deliverables.

Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants assisting them with configuration issue resolution and testing efforts.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
- Expertise in business processes consulting and Oracle applications particularly in the context of supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning supply planning supply chain collaboration and supplier portal functionalities.
- Proven experience in delivering complex planning solutions with at least 2 successful implementations in the relevant Oracle SCM modules.
- Domain experience in planning for large organizations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules is highly preferred.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client users and senior management demonstrating strong problemsolving skills and adaptability within a complex global ERP framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Current Oracle certifications related to Supply Chain Planning are highly desirable showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.
