• You will be responsible for proposing improvements to business flows to improve the efficiency of current operations and developing RPA (Uipath)
  
• Based on the requirements definition you will be responsible for a series of tasks and customer support including basic design detailed design development creating test specifications and documents conducting tests and releasing the product.
  

• Define requirements based on customer business interviews (checking scope business flows etc.)
  
• Create business process automation scenarios using RPA tools (building robots)
  
• Develop RPA using Uipath
  
• Standardize the process of creating business process automation scenarios create documentation such as procedure manuals
  
• Adjustments associated with the introduction of RPA tools providing explanations to clients
  
• Respond to inquiries and maintenance after introduction
  
• In the future we will not only be converting current operations to RPA but we will also be asking you to propose improvements to business flows and support the introduction of business efficiency tools other than RPA

• Experience in business improvement and efficiency (business interviews creating business flows based on interviews improvement proposals etc. (both internal and external)
  
• Customer negotiation experience (user support customer inquiries Mtg facilitation etc.)
  
• Software development experience
  
• Python/VBA development experience
  
• Experience creating documentation for development
  
• Experience using Access
