Job Description
As a Pega Data Architect you will:
- Organize and manage complex data systems with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Define describe and maintain comprehensive data models for efficient data architecture.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams using Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Implement and optimize processes within the banking fraud domain using PEGA as the system platform.
- Manage datarelated projects from concept through completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure the seamless integration of data management solutions into operational workflows.
- Effectively switch between highlevel data abstraction and practical application to meet business needs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 68 years of relevant experience in data management with at least 3 years of handson experience in organizing and managing data.
- A background in HBO/WO education in data management computer science or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of the banking fraud process with experience working within the financial/banking sector (preferably fraud chain).
- Proficiency with PEGA as a system platform and familiarity with PEGA BPM is a plus.
- Experience with defining and maintaining data models ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record in stakeholder management.
- Comfort in working within Lean and Agile development processes driving efficient project completion.
You should possess the ability to:
- Organize and manage large datasets with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Navigate between abstract data concepts and practical implementation ensuring effective solutions.
- Define and maintain detailed data models to support business processes.
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Work efficiently within Agile and Lean frameworks to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and address datarelated issues within the banking fraud process ensuring robust solutions.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies including experience in the financial sector and PEGA system platform.
