Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (German English)
Location: Athens (Remote option if application submitted by 12.10.2024)
Job Type: Fulltime Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
- 5 days per week with rotational shifts
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in both German and English to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely if your application is submitted by 12.10.2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German and English
- Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products services orders and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
- Update and maintain customer account information accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and clear communication
Qualifications:
- Native German speaker with fluent English
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented attitude
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a homeoffice setup
