This position is based in Tabuk Saudi Arabia a vibrant city located in the northwestern region of the country. Tabuk offers a unique blend of modern amenities and traditional Saudi culture making it an exciting and dynamic place to live and work.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Tabuk Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Developing and managing project timelines budgets and resources
Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Managing and overseeing subcontractors and vendors
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Reviewing and approving project plans designs and specifications
Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
Communicating effectively with all project team members to ensure smooth project execution
Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Providing regular reports to senior management on project status and progress
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools
Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction projects
Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
