AWS Cloud Engineer
AWS Cloud Engineer to build and deploy highly scalable reliable and secure cloud environments for customers using innovative automation tools and cuttingedge technologies. As a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for implementing scalable Cloud Architecture with efficient cost optimization strategies. You will also be responsible for setting up and evolving the AWS cloud architecture supporting infrastructure monitoring and alerting troubleshooting issues and developing required automation for our customers. You will support largescale migrations build new cloud landing zones and write infrastructureascode using modern languages/DSLs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating tailormade architectures using cloudnative technologies.
Performance Monitoring
Deploy advanced services on the cloud and work with Data Architects to deploy AI/ML solutions and cuttingedge data lakes warehouses and pipelines.
Implement automation solutions using InfrastructureasCode tools like CloudFormation CDK and Terraform.
Maintain a feedback loop with customers to ensure deliveries meet their needs and expectations.
Debug troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Set up largescale monitoring alerting and logging solutions.
Create Operation SoP document
Collaborate with architects on requirements and strategies for cloudbased solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science a technical field or a related business discipline. Equivalent experience certifications or training will be considered.
8 years of experience within professional IT
5 years of experience with AWS services optimizing for performance scalability and cost.
2 years of experience with other Cloud platforms
Experience with security products such as firewalls web gateways and proxies.
Advanced knowledge of container technologies including Kubernetes EKS ECS Swarm and Docker.
Proficiency in scripting using at least two of the following: Bash Python Ruby Go or PowerShell.
Strong foundations in Git and Gitflow methodologies.
Extensive experience with one or more CI/CD platforms
2 years of experience with Databricks
Creative troubleshooting skills and outofthebox thinking.
Familiarity with the Agile methodology.
Experience implementing and managing cloud infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and costefficiency.
Proven ability to automate deployment monitoring and management of cloud resources to support advanced analytics data science and operational workloads.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with the project team to optimize data workflows within the cloud environment.
Provide support for disaster recovery high availability and security management across cloud setups.
