What will you do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends by proactive sales including actively visiting potential companies&clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience.
- Participate in trade shows industry events and networking meetings to promote the companys services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals balancing client needs with company objectives.
- Support with group requests followups and the database of quotes/clients.
What do we look for
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sectorAcademic background in business and/or tourismKnowledge of the senior and longstay segmentsExcellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clientsAbility to work under pressure with a strong resultsoriented focusExcellent computer skillsExcellent level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is highly valuedWillingness to travel as neededMotivation for growth and professional developmentWhat do we offer
