On behalf of Unifeeder MARPRO Group is looking for an Operations Coordinator for the office in Limassol Cyprus. You will report to the Capacity and Network Manager of the company.
The job
As an Operations Coordinator you will be a part of the operations team and you will be responsible for live system updates scheduling preparations and port calls administration. You will prepare and distribute relevant documentation and maintain daily contact with vessels and agents to ensure smooth operations. Additionally you will liaise with terminals in the Mediterranean regions to ensure high service quality and efficient planning. Your role will involve identifying innovative solutions to improve work prospects and reduce port costs while supporting terminals with minor stowage or operational issues. Daily cooperation with all involved parties is essential to solving network issues within your area of responsibility.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education e.g. Master Mariner Maritime Transport Logistics or other related field
- Advantage if you have knowledge of container vessels
- Advantage if you have knowledge of sea transportation and port regulations
- Proficient in IT especially excel

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Adaptability to new challenges
- Flexibility in working hours as nature of the business
- Advanced English proficiency both writing and verbally
