Key responsibilities attached to the role:
Managing existing customer accounts and handling day to day sales activities with them including timely payment collections.
Ensure business growth through new customer / business acquisitions.
Receive and scrutinize RFQ from customer coordinate with Engg Finance & submit quotation. Negotiating contracts with customers and winning businesses.
Inter departmental Coordination with PPC Finance Logistics Quality Engineering.
Preparation of Monthly Sales plan and Annual Business plan.
Tracking RM price movements and correcting the same with customers periodically.
Periodic review for product pricing profitability and taking up with customers if needed.
Competition intellgence and informing management from time to time.
Customer intelligence forecast delivery forecast requirements change in schedules by remaining in touch with the customer.
Analyze and identify preventive actions related to lost RFQs & orders.
Taking initiative for New produuct development interms of market study
