Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial strategies across all entities under the group.
- Oversee budget preparation forecasting and variance analysis for each entity.
- Collaborate with department heads across the companies to provide financial insights for decisionmaking.
- Consolidation and Reporting:
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for the group ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for all entities are delivered on time.
- Analyze financial performance and provide reports to the Group CEO Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
- Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
- Monitor groupwide cash flow ensuring efficient allocation of funds across entities.
- Manage banking relationships including loans credit lines and other financial instruments for the group.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls identifying and mitigating financial risks across the group.
- Work with external auditors and oversee the audit process for all entities.
- Shared Service Optimization:
- Ensure the shared finance department functions effectively and efficiently for all entities.
- Streamline processes enhance financial software utilization and implement best practices across the group.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize shared service functions and technology solutions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team within the shared service model ensuring high performance across the department.
- Manage the allocation of finance resources to meet the needs of all companies.
- Strategic Advisory:
- Provide financial advice on mergers acquisitions and other corporate actions.
- Support the group in strategic growth expansion plans and capital structuring.
