As a HR Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in multiple activities at the Russellville XPS Foam plant in Russellville Arkansas.
This position will be fulltime.
The purpose of this role will be to provide the Russellville plant with HR support and be a positive force of administrative effectiveness and engagement in the workplace.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
HR Management
o Maintain accurate employee records including new hire files attendance records and other HR related documentation.
o Process new hire files and I9 documentation.
o Create and administrate employee badges.
o Assist with employee random drug screening administrative process.
Employee Benefits
o Assist in preparation and facilitation of benefit processes.
o Assist employees with benefitrelated inquires on medical programs retirement plans healthy living benefits ECT.
Recruitment and Onboarding
o Communicate plant staffing needs to recruiters.
o Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews with recruiters and key plant stakeholders.
o Assist in employee prehire and onboarding processes.
o Coordinate new hire orientation by communicating with key plant stakeholders.
Kronos Hourly Payroll
o Prepare weekly hourly employee payroll through Kronos system and daily timecard reviewal management.
o Communicate with supervisors on employee attendance and vacation usage.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
o Support in plant efforts to be a culture of appreciation.
o Participate in coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development
o Provide administrative support to T&D team
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
HR experience
Payroll Systems
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
23 years of working HR experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Manufacturing Knowledge or Experience preferred.
Payroll system experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at different levels in an organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with all types of employees.
Collaborative can work well with a diverse team.
