Project and Program Management - Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the processes involved in managing and adding new content and games to our cloud gaming service. This role will work closely with internal teams the Game Pass team and external vendors to ensure seamless content management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of Azure DevOps content configuration and crossfunctional coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Game Pass team and vendors to manage and release new gaming content.
• Utilize cloud gaming platform tools to configure and prepare content for testing and release.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure content roadmaps are prepared and executed effectively.
• Ensure legal compliance by coordinating with contracted companies for music licensing and other rights.
• Use Azure DevOps to configure content and request private cloud gaming test environments.
• Audit and clean up existing configurations to maintain validity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Science is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a technical or product management role.

Must have skills:

1. Technical Product Management: 5 years of experience managing technical products with a focus on cloud platforms or gaming content.
2. Azure DevOps: 5 years of proficiency in using Azure DevOps for configuration management and project coordination.
3. Communication: 5 years of strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming industry or with cloud gaming platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
