Position : Real Estate Private Equity Analyst (Latam)
Working Hours : Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm EST
Salary Range : $1000 $3000
Location : Remote LATAM (Argentina Colombia or Mexico preferred)

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed real estate private equity analysis to support project deliverables.
- Develop financial models and templates that can be scaled and reused.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to help inform investment decisions.
- Create presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in real estate private equity analysis.
- Expertise in building financial models and performing financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (secondary requirement).
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
