Backed by the Rieckermann Group Makula Technology GmbH is looking to disrupt the manufacturing industry. Join us on our journey! We are a SaaS company based out of Berlin that provides small & mediumsized (SME) machine suppliers/distributors with the ability to manage and monetize their aftersales operations with our robust software solution.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative with to join our ambitious team. You are a creative energetic selfstarter who understands the sales process for our ICPs. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to the service leaders in the machinery sector.

Tasks

  • You build and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients.
    You seek out new partnership opportunities.
  • You explore and tap into new markets.
  • You attend conferences and external events to represent our organization and promote partnerships.
  • You work closely with the development team to set goals for each quarter.
  • You support the sales team in setting and achieving goals.
  • You stay informed about industry developments and potential competitors to always stay one step ahead.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service ideally in the B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and proactive work style with a high level of selfmotivation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
