Responsibilities:
Oversee daily IT operations, including network, server, and hardware management.
Provide technical support for staff and guests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ensure data integrity, security, and backup protocols are followed.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and technologies.
Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure seamless connectivity for guests and staff.
Collaborate with external vendors for service maintenance and upgrades.
Train staff on new technologies and software applications.
System Management:
Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure the reliability and security of IT systems and data.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in setting up and configuring new equipment and software applications.
Network Administration:
Monitor network performance, security, and connectivity, making adjustments as necessary.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
Software Management:
Install, update, and maintain software applications used within the organization.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulations.
Data Security:
Implement security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure data integrity.
Regularly back up data and maintain disaster recovery plans.
Training and Documentation:
Provide training to staff on IT systems, software applications, and best practices.
Maintain documentation for IT processes, policies, and procedures.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
