Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Submerged Arc Welder to join our team. The role requires operating specialized welding equipment to join metal components using the submerged arc welding process. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience and a strong background in welding techniques focusing on producing highquality welds efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate submerged arc welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
• Perform welds that meet quality standards ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Pass a 1G Subarc test that will be radiographed to ensure the quality of welds.
• Maintain equipment perform routine checks and ensure safe operation during the welding process.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.

Skills Required:

• 23 years of experience in submerged arc welding.
• Proficiency in operating submerged arc welding equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints specifications and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure highquality and precise welds.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a welding environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for handling welding tasks and equipment.
