- Pay:$24/hr (Based on Experience)
- Schedule:Weekend Shift (Work 36 hours get paid for 40)

About the Role:
Were hiring a skilled Weekend Header Sub Arc/Lance/End Block Welder to join our toptier team in Catoosa. If youre an experienced welder who thrives in a weekend night shift and enjoys precision work this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills. Youll be responsible for welding headers ensuring all specifications are met with accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld trunnions to header ends using overhead or jib cranes for alignment.
- Operate welding machines by adjusting cranks or controls to position the electrode correctly.
- Load and feed electrode wire reels setting up the welding head at the proper angle.
- Manage flux hoppers and ensure adequate flux coverage during the welding process.
- Finetune machine settings for current voltage and wire feed to achieve optimal welds.
- Monitor welding processes using meters and gauges to maintain highquality standards.
- Inspect welds grind surfaces and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Tack fit and align components; preheat parts as needed with a hand torch or furnace.
- Remove slag flux or spatter and perform repairs using carbon arc gouging when required.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience:At least 3 years of welding experience particularly with header and sub arc welding.
- Testing:Proficiency in 1G SAW Plate Test and 2G Plate Test.
- Skills:Strong ability to read gauges follow procedures and perform precision welding.
