Plasma/ Oxy Fuel Cutting Machine Operator
Pay:$18 (Depending on experience)
Hours:MondayFriday 3:30PM1AM
Job type:Temp to hire.
Location:Tulsa Oklahoma
Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated Plasma/Oxy Fuel Cutting Machine Operator to operate a Plasma burn table for cutting 37inch steel. The position requires experience with overhead cranes and CNC control panel operations. This role is crucial to our team as it will replace a retiring member demanding a reliable independent and eagertolearn individual.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Plasma burn table for precise cutting of steel ranging from 3 to 7 inches.
- Use overhead cranes for safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Program and operate a digital CNC control panel to perform accurate cuts according to specifications.
- Ensure the quality and precision of cuts meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- 12 years of experience operating a Plasma/Oxy Fuel cutting machine or similar equipment.
- Proficiency in using overhead cranes for material handling.
- Experience with CNC control panel operations including programming cuts.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Must pass a background check and a 10panel drug screening.
