Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a fourperson engineering team responsible for project management and engineering support in a manufacturing environment.
  
• HandsOn Oversight: Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure optimal production performance. You won t be fixing equipment but you need the technical understanding to engage with the team and resolve issues quickly.
  
• Project Management: Oversee engineering projects related to new and existing equipment ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
  
• Operational Support: Provide engineering services that support daily operations of gas production for semiconductor fabrication balancing handson work with team management.
  
• Problem Solving: Step in during offhours if needed to oversee and fix critical issues ensuring minimal downtime in production processes.
  

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $100000 $150000 per year variable compensation based on experience.

Requirements
