Job Description:

Seeking a detailoriented and organized Manufacturing Office Assistant to support daily office operations ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including organizing files preparing documents and assisting with inventory and purchasing tasks.
• Accurately maintain records in the manufacturing database.
• Handle client and supplier inquiries professionally.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Monitor stock track orders and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
• Administrative or office support experience preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with manufacturing software.
• Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology is beneficial.
• Experience in purchasing and understanding of invoicing packing slips and receipts.
