Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate must be proactive detailoriented and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails correspondence memos letters faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
