What you will be doing:

• Develop comprehensive audit plans for the technology and professional services industries considering risks regulations and organizational objectives.
• Specialize in audits reviews compilations and agreedupon procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of audit supervisors and seniors providing guidance on audit methodologies risk assessment and best practices while fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment within the audit team.
• Ensure the staff’s professional growth and development by providing guidance and training.
• Oversee the daytoday activities of the audit team guiding on technical and industryspecific issues.
• Identify and assess risks associated with technology and professional services considering emerging trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks.
• Communicate audit findings recommendations and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders while preparing clear and concise audit reports highlighting areas of concern and providing actionable recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in audit methodologies while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the audit function.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in audit with a focus on technology and professional services or related industries.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and audit methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and industry standards within technology and professional services industries.
• Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
