What you will be doing:
- Coordinate medical services with program directors and other necessary personnel;
- Aid in development of new programs;
- Review and revise medical policies and procedures as needed;
- Ensure the maintenance of records and reports concerning all patient care delivered;
- Direct orientation training supervision and retention of nurses;
- Assist with physicians schedules to ensure daily coverage;
- Complete rounds of the facilities to ensure compliance with all policies procedures and regulations;
- Provide 24 hour OnCall availability for critical incidents and emergencies;
- Supervise LPNs RNs and MA/CNAs
Experience you will need:
BSN in Nursing is Required.
Registered in WA as a Registered Nurse required.
